Ryan Pryor

Baseball Operations Director

Ryan Pryor has been involved with baseball most of his life. As a child he played on many youth teams under the guidance of his dad, who coached at UNLV and his uncle who played for the Seattle Mariners MLB.

​After high school Ryan embarked on his undergraduate degree at Fresno State where he played college ball. He also enrolled in military school and gave 6 years of military service in a scout platoon as well as being air assault qualified along with many other achievements. After retiring from the military he pursued his MA in business at the University of Arizona.

Ryan then met his now wife, Elizabeth whilst working as the Baseball director for a camp in Lenox Mass in 1995. He then moved to the UK and spent the next 10 years living and working there. Ryan was the coach for the British National Baseball team whilst in the UK.

Upon his return to the States in 2005, Ryan became involved with the local rec leagues and coaching individuals and teams. Amongst other achievements Coach Pryor has mounted a local high school record of 123-34 with varsity softball at Wharton HS and Wiregrass Ranch HS, plus baseball at Wiregrass Ranch HS and Bishop McLaughlin Catholic HS. With 20+ game winning seasons , 3 time District Champions (2014,15,16), Regional Final(2013), Regional Champions(2015) and State Championship Final Four appearance.(2015) He has also trained many players that have made their high school team, college team and most recently the MLB. Nate Pearson and Franklin Germain play for the Blue Jays and New York Yankees, respectively and both were coached by Coach Pryor during their high school years.

Coach Pryor lives in the Wesley Chapel area with his wife and 2 daughters. In his spare time, which is limited he like to go out for dinner and yes you guessed it watch baseball!
